What are Bifocal & Progressive Lenses?

These are lenses that have two parts, each having a separate optical power. The upper part is normally used for distance vision (Myopia) and the lower part used for near-vision (Hyperopia) tasks such as reading.  The segment for near-vision correction can have one of several shapes:

• Flat-top segment
• Round segment
• The entire bottom half of the lens, in what is called an Executive lens

A Progressive lens takes this one step further and is designed in such a way that it hides the near-vision part so that the lens surface looks uniform and smooth for a more aesthetic look.

All prescription lenses are 100% guaranteed in their accuracy or we will remake them promptly at no charge. Prescription glasses are inspected at three different stations by our highly trained professionals before leaving our lab. All work is done on the premises by licensed opticians and we pride ourselves in our workmanship. Accuracy and your satisfaction is our number one priority.

If you are not satisfied with a particular lens, you can upgrade by paying 50% of the original cost plus the difference.
